My Talent Journey
Soy Raquel Lorenzo y nací en Madrid, aunque mi motivación por conocer y aprender me ha llevado a vivir también en Alicante, Barcelona, Londres, Panamá y Valencia.
I have also worked across all five continents, where I have had the privilege of being part of many professional and personal life stories.
But, what motivated me to embark on this talent journey with people and organizations?
The great satisfaction of helping people with something as essential as finding a professional project, contributing to their wellbeing, while at the same time having organizations place their trust in me to attract the most valued asset of any company: human talent.
Since 2006, across an exciting professional journey, I have explored diverse worlds and sectors, looked through opposing lenses as both client and provider, and worn many different hats, from technical roles to strategic ones as a Board member. With the same enthusiasm as from the very beginning, I have never stopped creating and growing projects, taking on challenges with the purpose of contributing and improving.
Now I find myself with a 360° panoramic view, observing from above with perspective, but most importantly, putting myself in your shoes, talking, listening, getting to know you… Connecting.
